The Measurement Problem(s) P2

I would have included this in my prior post, except I wasn't aware of this bit of news when I scribbled it.


The National Council on Radiation Protection & Measurements has just released its Report No. 171 - Uncertainties In The Estimation of Radiation Risks and the Probability of Disease Causation.

It is focused on the sorts of measurement problems which I very broadly tried to address in my previous post.

But at that price........................

                                              ...................it's uncertain whether or not I'll be purchasing it!
